Brookfield buys 51% stake in Bharti Enterprises’ four prime commercial assets – Times of India


NEW DELHI: World funding agency Brookfield has agreed to purchase 51 per cent stake in Bharti Enterprises’ 4 business properties, together with Worldmark at Aerocity within the nationwide capital, at an enterprise worth of Rs 5,000 crore.
In an announcement, Bharti Enterprises and Brookfield introduced that they’ve entered right into a three way partnership for 4 business properties totalling to three.3 million sq. ft.
The properties embody Worldmark Aerocity (Delhi), Worldmark 65 and Airtel Heart (Gurgaon) and Pavillion Mall (Ludhiana).
“As a part of the three way partnership, a Brookfield personal actual property fund will buy a 51 per cent stake from Bharti Enterprises, which is able to proceed with a 49 per cent financial curiosity within the properties. The enterprise worth for the transaction is Rs 5,000 crore,” Bharti Enterprises mentioned in an announcement.
