Delhi HC grants bail to Chitra Ramkrishna, Anand Subramanian in NSE co-location case – Times of India


NEW DELHI: The Delhi Excessive Courtroom on Wednesday granted bail to former Nationwide Inventory Change (NSE) head Chitra Ramkrishna and ex group working officer Anand Subramanian within the co-location rip-off case being probed by the CBI. Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain stated he was granting “statutory bail” to the 2 former officers of the NSE.

Subramanian was arrested by the CBI on February 24.
