High Protein Diet that are rich in beans, nuts, oat, peas, barley and whole grains is a balanced diet and animal products and fats must be cut off. People with LDL must be definitely conscious of their daily diet and as well as their lifestyle. Exercise is one way to reduce the levels of LDL and daily 30 minutes constantly for 4 weeks continuously can show a lot of improvement too. To control cholesterol level daily fat intake in food should not be more than 30%. Fish is also good in providing omega-3 fatty acids and more water intake and less alcohol consumption is a good practice. Green Tea is also good in controlling this as it contains antioxidant theaflavin that will keep away free harmful radicals to form inside the body. So balanced diet, healthy life style and regular exercise are the key steps to control cholesterol in our body. A high protein diet, cholesterol when taken in balance can be good for the body it has function of its own.
